Cant access Menu because its Greyed Out.
Reason for Menu being greyed out is because of User rights.
If your user that you have logged doesn't have rights to make changes and only has rights to view Live View that could be the reason why the Menu Is greyed out.
To change this you need to log into the dvr using Admin user account and change that User rights to be able to make changes.
