When enabling DDNS and it says cant connect to server.

1. Ensure DVR connected to internet

2. Ensure DNS 1 = 168.95.1.1

3. DNS 2 = 8.8.8.8

4. Disable DDNS then enable

5. Go check event log and make sure it says DDNS OK .

Once all that is fine then you can add to eagleeyes app.
